Collective Agenda LLC ("Collective Agenda," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company. Peri Prep Club is a product of Collective Agenda LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit collectiveagenda.com and related pages (the "Site"), join our email or text-message lists, register for or participate in our programs, communities, workshops, and events (including Peri Prep Club), or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is a notice about our privacy practices. Our Terms of Service, where applicable, govern your use of the Services.
The short version
- We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, registration information, and information you choose to share in surveys, forms, or community discussions, plus certain technical information when you use the Site.
- We use personal information to provide and administer the Services, process payments, communicate with you, improve our offerings, protect our systems, and send marketing messages when you have given the required permission.
- You can opt out of marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link. For marketing texts, reply STOP. Service or transactional communications may continue when necessary to provide a service you have requested and as permitted by law.
- We do not sell personal information. We do not provide your phone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
- Some Services, including Peri Prep Club, may involve health- or wellness-related information. Sharing that information is optional unless a particular feature expressly requires it. Because health-related information can receive special protection under some laws, we limit its use to the purposes disclosed when we collect it and handle it with additional care.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, and similar contact information.
- Registration and participation information: information you submit when you join a waitlist, register for a program, community, workshop, or event, complete a questionnaire or intake form, respond to a survey, or post in a community we host. Depending on the Service, this may include age range, location, interests, goals, preferences, and other information you choose to share.
- Payment information: when you make a purchase, our payment processor collects payment-card details. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited payment information, such as card type and last four digits, as provided by the processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Communications: the contents of emails, texts, form submissions, community posts, and other messages you send to us, together with your communication preferences.
- Health- or wellness-related information you choose to provide: for some Services, including Peri Prep Club, you may choose to share information about symptoms, menstrual or menopause stage, medications or treatments, hormone-related concerns, wellbeing, or other health-related topics. We do not require you to share information that is not necessary for the particular feature or Service. We use health-related information only for the purposes disclosed when collected, such as delivering, personalizing, administering, or improving the specific Service, and we do not sell it.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of visits. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. See Cookies and analytics below.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from service providers, social media platforms when you interact with our accounts, referral sources, or other people who refer you to a program. We may combine this information with information you provide directly.
How we use information
- Provide and administer the Services, including enrolling you in and giving you access to waitlists, programs, communities, workshops, events, and related content.
- Communicate with you about registration, purchases, account matters, scheduling, service changes, support requests, and other transactional or service-related matters.
- Send marketing and promotional communications by email or text when you have provided the required consent or otherwise authorized those communications, including announcements, early-access opportunities, offers, and updates about Peri Prep Club and other Collective Agenda offerings.
- Personalize your experience and tailor content or recommendations based on the Services you have joined or expressed interest in, using health- or wellness-related information only where the purpose was disclosed to you and where permitted by applicable law.
- Process payments, issue receipts, manage refunds, and administer subscriptions.
- Analyze use of the Site and Services, conduct surveys, gather feedback, and improve or develop offerings.
- With your permission, publish or share testimonials or other content you have authorized us to use.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate suspected violations, and enforce our agreements.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we will process personal information under an appropriate legal basis, which may include consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation. We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or obtaining consent required by law.
Email and text-message (SMS) communications
When you provide your email address and opt in to marketing communications, we may send newsletters, program announcements, offers, and other promotional messages. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional or service communications that are necessary to provide a Service you requested.
Text messages
When you separately opt in to receive marketing text messages, we may send recurring automated marketing texts about Collective Agenda and Peri Prep Club, including offers, program announcements, reminders, and event notices. Marketing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. Where required by applicable law or carrier rules, marketing SMS consent and non-marketing/service SMS consent are collected separately.

- To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP. You may receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

- SMS is currently intended for U.S. numbers unless otherwise stated.
- We maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests, including the date, time, and method of opt-in, as needed to document and honor your preferences.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share this information with service providers only as needed to provide messaging services, maintain our systems, comply with law, or otherwise perform services for us.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We also do not provide customer lists to third parties for those parties' direct marketing. However, certain analytics and advertising technologies may involve disclosures of limited information to those providers for measurement, advertising, or other purposes described below. Depending on where you live, those disclosures may be treated as targeted advertising or sharing under applicable privacy laws.
Service providers: We use companies that help us operate the Services and act on our instructions, including our customer relationship, email, and SMS platform (currently GoHighLevel), our community platform (currently Circle), payment processors, website hosting, scheduling and video tools, analytics providers, and form and survey tools. These providers may access personal information as needed to perform services for us.
Program communities: If you join a community or group program, information you post, including your name, profile information, and messages, may be visible to other members. Do not post health or other sensitive information you would not want other members to see.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Collective Agenda, our participants, our service providers, or others.
Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments that apply to it.
With your direction or consent: We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or otherwise consent, including when you authorize us to use a testimonial or connect you with a third party.
We may also use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand Site usage, measure marketing performance, and, where permitted and enabled, support advertising. We currently use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel and may use similar tools in the future. These providers may receive information about Site visits, device information, and interactions with our pages.
We do not intentionally include your health questionnaire answers, community posts, or other information you directly submit about your health in advertising audiences. Because the content of a page you visit can itself reveal information about your interests or health, we may restrict or disable advertising technologies on pages where the context could reasonably reveal sensitive health information. We will update this policy if our use of these technologies materially changes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the Site's cookie controls. You can also use tools provided by certain analytics or advertising providers. Where required by law, we honor applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). The Site does not currently respond to general 'Do Not Track' signals.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain subscription, program, and payment records, document marketing consent and opt-outs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by type of information and purpose. When personal information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information that are appropriate to the nature and volume of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to applicable law.
A note about health-related information
Collective Agenda is not a healthcare provider, and our programs are educational and supportive rather than medical care. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Collective Agenda does not currently operate these Services as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Accordingly, information you provide to us is generally not protected by HIPAA. That does not mean health-related information is unprotected: other federal and state privacy laws may apply to information about your health or wellbeing. We collect only what we need for the purposes described, limit how we use it, and do not sell health-related information.
Please do not submit information through a public community post or other channel that you would not want other participants or service providers to see.
Your rights and choices
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, reply STOP to marketing texts, or contact [email protected]. We will process opt-outs as required by applicable law. You may receive a limited number of communications already in progress.
Access, correction, deletion, and other rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law applies to our business, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access or obtain a copy of it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information. Where applicable law treats certain advertising-cookie or pixel disclosures as 'sharing' or targeted advertising, we provide the opt-out mechanisms required by that law.
How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Privacy Request.' We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and, where required, explain the reason for any denial and how to appeal it.
International visitors
Collective Agenda is based in the United States and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. If you are located outside the United States, privacy laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. Where required, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and provide the rights and disclosures required by the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date above. If we make a material change in a way that applicable law requires advance notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before the change takes effect.
